Affiliate Program Terms of Service

 Agreement: 

By enrolling in the Affiliate Program at www.genieallinone.com ("Program"), you agree to adhere to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.

www.genieallinone.com reserves the right to modify the Terms of Service periodically without prior notice. Any new features, tools, or resources introduced to enhance the Program will also be subject to these Terms of Service. Continued usage of the Program post any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

Violation of the stipulated terms will lead to the termination of your affiliate status and forfeiture of any outstanding commissions earned during the violation.

Account Terms:

1. You must be at least 18 years old to participate in the Program.
2. Only human accounts are allowed; registration through "bots" or automated methods is prohibited.
3. Provide accurate information, including your full legal name, valid email address, and additional requested details during the signup process.
4. Only one person may use your login; sharing logins among multiple individuals is not permitted.
5. Safeguard your account and password; www.genieallinone.com is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from non-compliance with security measures.
6. Assume responsibility for all content posted and activities under your account.
7. Maintain only one account per person or legal entity.
8. Do not use the Affiliate Program for illegal or unauthorized purposes, violating any laws in your jurisdiction.

Limitations:

1. Commissions are earned for the first and subsequent purchases made by a referred customer not in an active sales process with us during the affiliate link click.
2. Customers must sign up on a www.genieallinone.com landing page to be tracked.
3. Affiliate links depend on cookies for tracking; if customers clear their cookies, referrals cannot be tracked.
4. Incorrect use of affiliate links will hinder the tracking of referrals.
5. An active subscription is required to be eligible for withdrawal.
6. In case a customer clicks multiple affiliate links, the last affiliate receives credit.
7. The cookie window is 30 days after clicking the affiliate link.

This document serves as a contract between you (the "Affiliate") and www.genieallinone.com. It outlines the terms of our collaboration and other aspects of our business relationship.

Definitions:

• "www.genieallinone.com Affiliate": A company owned, operated, or controlled by Silvercoin IT Services
• "Marketing Affiliate Program": Our affiliate program as described in this Agreement.
• "Affiliate Lead": A customer prospect clicking on the Affiliate Link provided via the Affiliate Tool.
• "Affiliate Link": The unique tracking link on your site or promoted through other channels.
• "Commission": The amount described in the Terms and Conditions for each Customer Transaction.
• "Customer": The authorized user of www.genieallinone.com products who has purchased after being an Affiliate Lead.

Non-Exclusivity:

This Agreement does not establish an exclusive arrangement between you and us. Both parties retain the right to recommend similar products and collaborate with other parties in connection with similar services.

Customer Transactions:

Commission is paid for each new Customer completing a Customer Transaction after clicking on an Affiliate Lead provided by you.

Eligibility:

To receive Commission, an Affiliate Lead must be accepted, valid, and transactions must occur on a www.genieallinone.com domain.

Acceptance and Validity:

You are eligible for Commission only for Customer Transactions generated by the Affiliate Link accepted by www.genieallinone.com.

Commission and Payment:

To receive payment, you must agree to this Agreement, complete necessary steps in the Affiliate Tool, and provide a valid payment method. Commission payments are made on the first day of each month for amounts equal to or exceeding $50.

Trademarks:

You grant us the right to use and display your trademarks in connection with the Affiliate Program.

Proprietary Rights:

www.genieallinone.com and Silvercoin IT Services retains all ownership rights in the Products, and you agree not to copy, rent, lease, sell, or create derivative works.

Payment Schedule:

Payments are made on the first day of each month if your Affiliate earnings are $50 or above. If earnings are below $50, payment will be made in the following month after crossing the threshold.
